Biboka ("the Service") is a tool for creating fictional, animated conversations, comment threads, search results, news captions and rating cards, and exporting them as video, for entertainment, storytelling and creative work. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is operated by the business named in the contact block at the end of these terms. You can reach us at support@biboka.app for any question about the Service, these terms, a complaint, or a request to remove something. We aim to answer within five working days, and faster for anything reported under section 4.
You may use the Service to create fictional and dramatised content, and to present things that are genuinely true about you or your business. You may not use it to deceive, defraud or harm anyone. In particular, you must not use the Service to create: fake evidence of real conversations; fake reviews, ratings, testimonials or endorsements, or any rating your business has not actually received; content that impersonates a real person, business or organisation without their consent; content that presents itself as a real news report; content for scams, harassment, bullying, defamation, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any unlawful purpose. Do not upload a photo of a real person without that person's consent. Where the Service offers the name or mark of a third party platform, you may only use it to present a rating or a presence you genuinely hold on that platform, and you are responsible for having the right to use that mark. We may remove content and block access for misuse, without notice where the misuse is serious.
You own the scripts you write and the videos you export. You are solely responsible for them and for how you use them, including compliance with the rules of any platform you publish them on and with applicable law. That includes advertising and consumer protection rules on fake reviews and testimonials, the privacy and publicity rights of anyone whose name, likeness or photo you include, and the trademark rights of any brand that appears in what you make. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and display your content in order to run the Service for you, including generating a preview when you create a share link. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not use it to promote the Service without asking you first.
If you believe something made or shared with the Service is illegal, infringes your rights, impersonates you, or breaks section 2, tell us at support@biboka.app. Include the link, what is wrong with it, and how we can reach you. We will acknowledge you, review it, and where we agree we will remove the content and, where appropriate, block the account behind it. We will tell you what we decided and why. If we remove your content we will tell you what was removed and on what ground, and you can reply to that decision at the same address. We keep a record of what was reported and what we did about it.
You can use the Service without an account. A project you save or share is stored under an anonymous device session. You may optionally sign in with Google to keep projects synced across devices, which links that Google identity to your existing anonymous session, as described in our Privacy Policy. A share link is accessible to anyone who has the exact link. It is not listed publicly and it is not indexed, but it is not private in the way a password protected file is, so do not put anything in one that you would not be comfortable being forwarded. You can permanently delete your account and everything stored under it at any time from Settings, see "Delete my data" in the Privacy Policy.
Some features, such as the story suggestion tool, send the text you type to OpenAI to generate a draft for you. What comes back is a starting point, not a fact: it can be wrong, and it can resemble something written elsewhere. You are responsible for checking anything you publish. Do not put personal data about other people, or anything confidential, into those fields. Content generated with these features carries a marker identifying it as synthetic, and where you make something that depicts a real person you must make clear to your own audience that it is not real. Daily usage limits apply and differ by plan.
Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Polar, which acts as merchant of record and issues your receipt. Prices are shown at checkout and include any tax that applies to you. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the customer portal, which takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service and get your money back. Because Pro gives you immediate access, at checkout we ask you to agree to us starting straight away and to confirm that you understand this means you lose that 14 day right once access begins. If you would rather keep the 14 day right, do not tick that box, and contact us instead. Separately from any legal right, if the Service does not do what we said it does, write to us at support@biboka.app and we will put it right or refund you.
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect and that we do not try to exclude, including the right to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and to a repair, a price reduction or a refund if it is not. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from content you create with the Service or from how you or anyone else uses it, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it, and where a change materially reduces what a paid plan gives you we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and be refunded for the unused part.
Biboka is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC, Apple Inc., Google LLC, OpenAI, TikTok, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Feefo, Yelp, or any broadcaster. WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, Android Messages, ChatGPT, Instagram, TikTok, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Feefo, Yelp and all related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. The styles produced by the Service are illustrative recreations used for fictional storytelling and for presenting things that are true about you, not for fabricating evidence, reviews, testimonials, news, or any other misuse described in section 2.
The Service is not intended for children. You must be at least 13 to use it in the United Kingdom, and at least 16 in the European Union unless the law of your country sets a lower age and a parent or guardian agrees. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below that age we will delete it.
We may update these terms. The date at the top always tells you when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights and you have a paid plan, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country and may bring proceedings there. For anything at all, including a complaint, write to support@biboka.app and we will answer.
