Report content

If something made or shared with Biboka is illegal, uses your name, face or brand without permission, or breaks our rules, tell us and we will look at it. You do not need an account and you do not need a lawyer.

How to report something

Write to support@biboka.app with the word REPORT in the subject line. Tell us the link, what is wrong with it, and how we can reach you. If it is about you, say so, because that moves it to the front of the queue. If you are reporting on behalf of a company, say which one and in what role. You do not have to give a reason you are uncomfortable giving, but the more precise you are, the faster this goes.

What we do with it

We confirm we have it, usually the same day and always within two working days. We review it against our Terms of Use and the law. If we agree, we remove the content, invalidate any share link to it, and where the account behind it is responsible for a serious or repeated breach, we block it. We write back and tell you what we decided and why, including when the answer is no. We keep a record of the report and the decision.

What we act on fastest

Anything sexual involving a child, anything that puts someone in immediate danger, and content used to impersonate a real person or to fabricate evidence, reviews or news. These jump the queue. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.

If we removed something of yours

We will tell you what was removed and on what ground. If you think we got it wrong, reply to that message at support@biboka.app and a human will look again. Tell us what you think we misread.

Copyright and trademark

If content made with Biboka infringes a copyright or a trademark you own or represent, write to support@biboka.app with the link, an identification of the work or mark, and a statement that you have the right to act for the owner. We will act on it the same way as any other report.
